Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM SPSS Statistics. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A python script is configured with 'Everyone' write permissions. A local user can modify the file to include arbitrary code. When IPM SPSS Statistics is run by the target user, the code will be executed with the privileges of the target user.

Impact:   A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (interim fixes 22.0.0.2-10, 23.0.0.2-7).
