Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Samsung Smart TVs. A remote user can bypass security controls on the target system.

The system uses a weak generated password for generating the WPA2-PSK key. A remote user can that can monitor the wireless network can conduct a brute force guessing attack to recover the key and decrypt the traffic.

The vendor was notified on July 20, 2015.

Impact:   A remote user that can monitor the wireless network can recover the WPA2-PSK key.
Solution:   The vendor has reportedly issued a fix (for some affected models).
