Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Unified Communications Manager. A remote user can take control of the target system.

A remote user can spoof a target user's identity to exploit an identity validation flaw in edge devices using the Mobile and Remote Access (MRA) services to take ownership of the target edge device. This can be exploited to setup and receive voice calls acting as the target registered user.

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Mobile and Remote Access Edge Devices are affected.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuu97283 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can setup and receive voice calls acting as the target registered user.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
