Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Windows NDIS. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user can run a specially crafted application trigger a buffer copying error in Windows Network Driver Interface Standard (NDIS) to gain elevated privileges on the target system.

Nils Sommer of bytegeist (via Google Project Zero) reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
