Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Security Access Manager for Web. A remote user can read and write files on the target system.

A remote user can exploit a flaw in WebSEAL in the processing of HTTPTransformation requests to gain access to readable/writable files on the target system.

Impact:   A remote user can read and write files on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (APAR IV71196).
