Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Apache Struts. A remote user can bypass security controls on the target system. IBM Storwize is affected.

The system includes incorrect 'excludeParams' settings that override the settings defined in 'DefaultExcludedPatternsChecker'. A remote user can bypass these parameter restrictions to "compromise internal state of an application."

Jasper Rosenberg at Cargurus reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can bypass security controls on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix for IBM Storwize (IBM Storwize V7000, V5000, V3700, and V3500; 7.3.0.12, 7.4.0.5, 7.5.0.2).
