Description:   Two vulnerability were reported in Google Android. A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system.

A remote user can create a specially crafted MP3 or MP4 file that, when loaded by the target user, will execute arbitrary code on the target system. Specially crafted meta data can trigger the flaw.

libutils is affected [CVE-2015-6602]. Versions after 1.0 are affected.

libstagefright is affected [CVE-2015-3876]. Version 5.0 and after is affected.

Joshua J. Drake of Zimperium Mobile Threat Protection zLabs reported these vulnerabilities.

Impact:   A remote user can create content that, when loaded by the target user, will execute arbitrary code on the target user's system.
Solution:   No solution was available at the time of this entry.

The vendor plans to issue a fix during the week of October 5, 2015.
