Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco NX-OS. A remote authenticated user can cause the target service to temporarily stop processing.

A remote authenticated user can send a specially crafted SNMP request containing a non-existent Object Identifier (OID) to cause valid requests to the target SNMP service to temporarily timeout.

The Nexus 3000 (N3K) Series Switch is affected.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuw36684 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can cause the target service to temporarily stop responding to valid SNMP requests.
