Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client for Windows. A local user can gain system privileges on the target system.

A local user can exploit a path validation flaw in the loading of DLLs to execute arbitrary operating system commands with system level privileges on the target system.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuv01279 to this vulnerability.

Google Project Zero and Mr. Yorick Koster of Securify B.V. reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain system privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
