Description:   A vulnerability was reported in phpMyAdmin. A remote user can bypass security controls on the target system.

A remote user can complete the reCaptcha test once and then bypass any additional reCaptcha tests and conduct a brute force password guessing attack.

Impact:   A remote user can bypass reCaptcha tests to conduct brute force password guessing attacks against the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (4.3.13.2, 4.4.14.1).
