Description:   A vulnerability was reported in F5 BIG-IP. A remote authenticated user can view files on the target system.

The Configuration Utility does not properly validate user-supplied input. A remote authenticated user can supply a specially crafted request to view files on the target system that are located within the web root directory.

The vendor has assigned ID 485762 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can view files located within the web root directory on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix for some BIG-IP products (12.0.0).
