Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Apache Struts. A remote user can bypass security controls on the target system.

The system includes incorrect 'excludeParams' settings that override the settings defined in 'DefaultExcludedPatternsChecker'. A remote user can bypass these parameter restrictions to "compromise internal state of an application."

Jasper Rosenberg at Cargurus reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can bypass security controls on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (2.3.20.1).
