Description:   Several vulnerabilities were reported in Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence Service. A remote authenticated user can gain elevated privileges on the target system. A remote authenticated user can inject SQL commands.

The web interface does not properly restrict access. A remote authenticated user can gain elevated privileges on the target system [CVE-2015-4221].

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuq46194 to this vulnerability.

The system does not properly validate user-supplied input [CVE-2015-4222]. A remote authenticated user can supply a specially crafted parameter value to execute SQL commands on the underlying database.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuq46325 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can gain elevated privileges on the target system.

A remote authenticated user can execute SQL commands on the underlying database.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
