Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Tenable Nessus. A remote authenticated user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

A remote authenticated user can send specially crafted data to trigger an off-by-one overflow in the resolve_backslashes() function and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability resides in the third party SQLite component.

Tenable Nessus Enterprise is also affected.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (5.2.11, 6.3.7) [in May 2015].
