Description:   A vulnerability was reported in PHP. A remote user can bypass security controls on the target system.

The move_uploaded_file() function does not properly handle file names containing a null character. A remote attacker can send specially crafted data to a script that uses the affected function to bypass filename-based access restrictions.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (5.4.39, 5.5.23, 5.6.7) [in March 2015].
