Description:   A vulnerability was reported in PHP. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A remote user can send a specially crafted request to trigger a flaw in the parsing of multipart HTTP POST requests to consume excessive CPU resources on the target system.

Shusheng Liu of the Department of Security Cloud, Baidu, China reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can consume excessive CPU resources on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (5.4.41, 5.5.25, 5.6.9).
