Description:   A vulnerability was reported in BIND. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions. McAfee Firewall Enterprise is affected.

A remote user can send specially crafted data to trigger a flaw in the management of trusted keys and cause the target 'named' service to crash.

Systems configured to perform DNSSEC validation and using managed-keys are affected.

The vulnerability can also be triggered during an improperly-managed key rollover for one of the managed trust anchors.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target 'named' service to crash.
Solution:   McAfee has issued a fix for McAfee Firewall Enterprise.
