Description:   Two vulnerabilities were reported in LANDesk Management Suite. A remote user can include and execute arbitrary code on the target system. A remote user can conduct cross-site request forgery attacks.

A remote user can conduct cross-site request forgery attacks to take actions on the target system acting as the target user [CVE-2014-5361].

The administrative interface does not properly validate user-supplied input [CVE-2014-5362]. A remote user can supply a specially crafted URL to cause the target system to include and execute arbitrary scripting code located on a remote system. The scripting code, including operating system commands, will run with the privileges of the target web service.

The vendor was notified on September 15, 2014.

Impact:   A remote user can execute arbitrary scripting code and operating system commands on the target system with the privileges of the target web service.

A remote user can take actions on the target site acting as a target user.
