Description:   A vulnerability was reported in libtASN1. A remote or local user can cause denial of service conditions or potentially execute arbitrary code.

A user can supply specially crafted data to trigger a stack overflow in the asn1_ltostr() function in the ASN.1 parser and cause the application using libtasn1 to crash or potentially execute arbitrary code.

Impact:   A remote or local user can cause denial of service conditions or potentially execute arbitrary code.
