Description:   Multiple vulnerabilities were reported in Cisco Unity Connection. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted data to UDP port 5060 to trigger a flaw in the Connection Conversation Manager (CuCsMgr) process and cause the target port to close, preventing processing of any further calls [CVE-2015-0612].

A manual restart of the CuCsMgr process is required to return the system to normal operations.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuh25062 to this vulnerability.

A remote user can send specially crafted SIP INVITE messages to cause the target CuCsMgr process to restart [CVE-2015-0613].

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCul20444 to this vulnerability.

A remote user can send specially crafted SIP INVITE messages (different than in CVE-2015-0613) to cause the target CuCsMgr process to restart [CVE-2015-0614].

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCul26267 to this vulnerability.

A remote user can terminate a SIP session in a certain manner to cause the system to fail to release allocated resources [CVE-2015-0615]. This can be exploited to consume all available SIP connection lines.

A manual restart of the CuCsMgr process is required to return the system to normal operations.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCul28089 to this vulnerability.

A remote user can terminate a SIP session over TCP in a certain manner to cause the target CuCsMgr process to core dump [CVE-2015-0616].

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCul69819 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target system to restart.

A remote user can consume all available SIP connection lines.

A remote user can prevent call processing.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (8.5(1)SU7, 8.6(2a)SU4, 9.1(2)SU2, 10.0(1)SU1).
