Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Tivoli Storage Manager. A local user can obtain passwords on the target system.

A local user can access the client Trusted Communications Agent (TCA) to obtain the stored encryption key password.

Bartlomiej Balcerek from WCSS CSIRT reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain the stored encryption key password.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (APAR IT06016).
