Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Intrusion Prevention System. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A remote user can negotiate a number of HTTPS connections with the target web management interface while key regeneration is in process during an upgrade from an image prior to version 7.2 to image version 7.2 (or later) to trigger a race condition in the SSL/TLS subsystem. An unspecified denial of service condition may occur.

A restart is required to return the system to normal operations.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCui25688 to this vulnerability.
