Description:   A vulnerability was reported in the Linux Kernel. A local user can cause denial of service conditions.

A local user that does not have CAP_SYS_ADMIN capability can exploit a flaw in the do_umount() function to change the root filesystem to read-only.

The vulnerability resides in 'fs/namespace.c'.

Impact:   A local user can change the root filesystem to read-only.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a source code fix, available at:
