Description:   Several vulnerabilities were reported in Microsoft .NET. A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system. A user can bypass the Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) security feature.

A remote user can create a specially crafted internationalized resource identifier to a .NET application to trigger a parsing error and execute arbitrary code on the target system [CVE-2014-4121].

A user can bypass the Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) security feature [CVE-2014-4122].

The ClickOnce feature processes data prior to verification. A remote user that can exploit an independent flaw in Internet Explorer may be able to allow the ClickOnce installer process to run outside of Protected Mode with elevated privileges [CVE-2014-4073].

James Forshaw of Context Information Security reported the ClickOnce vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can create a URI that, when loaded by the target user, will execute arbitrary code on the target user's system.

A user can bypass the Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) security feature.

A user can run code with elevated privileges.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.

A patch matrix is available in the vendor's advisory.

A restart is required.
