Date:  Oct 14 2014
Impact:   Host/resource access via network
Fix Available:  Yes  Vendor Confirmed:  Yes

Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Juniper Junos. A remote user may be able to bypass authentication in certain cases.

On systems configured for RADIUS authentication and accounting, when a RADIUS accounting server is configured (under '[system accounting destination radius]'), a duplicate entry may be automatically made to 'pam_radius.conf'. If the accounting server is later removed from the original configuration, the duplicate entry in 'pam_radius.conf' will remain and may allow for unintended authentication success.
