Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Fortinet FortiGate. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can send a specially crafted request to the FortiManager protocol service to cause temporary denial of service conditions.

It may be possible to execute arbitrary code, but code execution has not been confirmed.

Gregor Kopf (Recurity Labs) reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause temporary denial of service conditions.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (FortiOS 4.3.16, 5.0.8, 5.2.0).
