Description:   Several vulnerabilities were reported in Oracle PeopleSoft Products. A remote user can cause partial denial of service conditions. A remote authenticated user can partially access and modify data on the target system. A local user can partially access data on the target system.

A remote authenticated user can exploit a flaw in the PeopleSoft Enterprise ELS Enterprise Learning Management component to partially access and partially modify data [CVE-2014-2456].

A local user can exploit a flaw in the PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Purchasing component to partially access data [CVE-2014-2495].

A remote authenticated user can exploit a flaw in the PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools component to partially access and partially modify data [CVE-2014-2496].

A remote authenticated user can exploit a flaw in the PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools component to partially modify data [CVE-2014-4204].

A remote user can exploit a flaw in the PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Install component to partially access data, partially modify data, and partially deny service [CVE-2014-4226].

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix as part of Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - July 2014.
