Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Unified Communications Manager. A remote authenticated user can download or delete arbitrary files from the target system.

A remote authenticated user can submit a specially crafted URL to exploit a flaw in the Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) and download or delete arbitrary files from arbitrary locations on the target system.

The vendor has assigned bug IDs CSCuo17302 and CSCuo17199 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can download or delete arbitrary files from the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
