Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco IOS. A remote user on the local network can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user on the local network can send a specially crafted Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) packet to cause the target device to reload.

Systems with LLDP enabled are affected.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCum96282 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user on the local network can cause the target device to reload.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
