Description:   A vulnerability was reported in ISC BIND. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can trigger a flaw in the prefetch feature and cause the target recursive nameserver to crash.

Specially crafted attributes returned in an answer to a remote user's query can trigger this flaw.

Authoritative-only servers are not affected.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target nameserver to crash.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (9.10.0-P1).
