Vendor Confirmed:  Yes

Description:   Several vulnerabilities were reported in Cisco Emergency Responder. A remote user can conduct cross-site scripting attacks. A remote user can conduct cross-site request forgery attacks. A remote user can modify content and redirect users to arbitrary web sites.

The software does not properly filter HTML code from user-supplied input before displaying the input [CVE-2014-2114]. A remote user can create a specially crafted URL that, when loaded by a target user, will cause arbitrary scripting code to be executed by the target user's browser. The code will originate from the site running the Cisco Emergency Responder software and will run in the security context of that site. As a result, the code will be able to access the target user's cookies (including authentication cookies), if any, associated with the site, access data recently submitted by the target user via web form to the site, or take actions on the site acting as the target user. The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCun24384 to this vulnerability.

A remote user can take actions on the web interface acting as the target user [CVE-2014-2115]. The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCun24250 to this vulnerability.

A remote user can cause arbitrary content to be displayed on the target user's browser [CVE-2014-2116]. The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCun37882 to this vulnerability.

A remote user can exploit a flaw in the web interface cause the target user's web page to be redirected to an arbitrary web page [CVE-2014-2117]. The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCun37909 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can access the target user's cookies (including authentication cookies), if any, associated with the site running the Cisco Emergency Responder software, access data recently submitted by the target user via web form to the site, or take actions on the site acting as the target user.

A remote user can modify content and redirect users to arbitrary web sites.
