Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Check Point Endpoint Security MI Server. A remote user can conduct man-in-the-middle attacks.

The MI client does not validate certificates (even if configured to perform validation) is configured. A remote user may be able to conduct man-in-the-middle attacks against the target MI client.

Alberto Garcia Illera reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can conduct man-in-the-middle attacks.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a hot fix (EPS_MI_R73_HF_sk97784.zip for MI version 3.0.0 HFA2.5).
