Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco IOS and IOS XE. A remote user on the adjacent network can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user on the adjacent network can send specially crafted ARP packets to the target device to trigger a flaw in the IP Device Tracking (IPDT) function and cause the target device to reload.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuh38133 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user on the adjacent network can cause denial of service conditions.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
