Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Juniper Junos SRX Series Gateways. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can send specially crafted, valid TCP packets to cause the target flow daemon (flowd) to crash.

SRX Series services gateways are affected.

Systems configured with plugins that use TCP proxy are affected.

The vendor has assigned PR 791201 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target flow daemon to crash.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (software releases built on or after 2013-09-18, 10.4S14, 11.4R5-S2, 11.4R6, 12.1R3, 12.1X44-D20, 12.1X45-D15, and all subsequent releases).
