Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Django. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can send a specially crafted password value to cause the authentication framework (django.contrib.auth) to consume excessive CPU and memory resources on the target system.

Long password values can trigger this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (1.4.8, 1.5.4, and 1.6 beta 4).
