Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco SocialMiner. A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information.

The software uses an insecure HTTP connection between a Cisco SocialMiner client and server when handling the 'administration.jsp' page. A remote user with the ability to monitor HTTP traffic between the client and the server can obtain potentially sensitive information related to the authenticated user of the target system.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuh76780 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
