Description:   A vulnerability was reported in HP LeftHand Virtual SAN Appliance. A remote user can gain access to the target system.

The device includes an undocumented administrative account that cannot be disabled. A remote user with knowledge of the account and password can access the underlying LeftHand OS.

The following models are affected:

LeftHand NSM2060
LeftHand NSM2060 G2
LeftHand NSM2120
LeftHand NSM2120 G2
LeftHand VSA

Impact:   A remote user can gain access to the target system.
Solution:   No solution was available at the time of this entry.

The vendor plans to issue a fix on or before July 17, 2013.
