Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Alstom MiCOM S1. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

The software uses unsafe permissions on the executable files. A local user can replace executable files within the MiCOM S1 Program Files directory to cause arbitrary code to be executed with LocalSystem privileges.
