Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Ruby. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can supply a specially crafted XML document to cause the REXML parser to consume excessive memory resources on the target system.

Impact:   A remote user can consume excessive memory resources on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (1.9.3 patchlevel 392, 2.0.0 patchlevel 0).
