Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Windows HTTP Stack. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can send a specially crafted HTTP header to cause the target the HTTP protocol stack (HTTP.sys) to enter an infinite loop.

Both clients and servers are affected.

Marek Kroemeke, 22733db72ab3ed94b5f8a1ffcde850251fe6f466, and AKAT-1 reported this vulnerability (via HP's Zero Day Initiative).

Impact:   A remote user can cause the system to enter an infinite loop.
Solution:   The vendor has issued the following fixes:
