Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Webex Meetings Server. A remote user can view certain files on the target system.

The system does not properly validate user-supplied input. A remote user can supply a specially crafted HTTP request to a target WebEx node to read files from the cache directory.

Cisco WebEx Node for MCS is also affected.

Cisco has assigned Bug IDs CSCue36664 (for Cisco WebEx Node for MCS) and CSCue36629 (Cisco WebEx Meetings Server) to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can view files from the cache directory on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix for Cisco WebEx Meetings Server.

No solution was available at the time of this entry for Cisco WebEx Node for MCS.
