Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM WebSphere MQ. A remote user can bypass security restrictions.

A remote user can bypass the security restrictions configured on a SVRCONN channel to access to the queue manager.

Impact:   A remote user can access the queue manager.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (Fix Pack 7.1.0.1).
