Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Apache Struts. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted data to bypass the protections in ParameterInterceptor() and execute arbitrary commands on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target web service.

Meder Kydyraliev of the Google Security Team reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (2.3.1.2).
