Description:   A vulnerability was reported in the Windows TCP/IP Stack. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

A remote user can send a continuous flow of specially crafted UDP packets to a closed port on the target system to trigger an integer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with kernel level privileges.

Impact:   A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system with kernel level privileges.
