Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Fetchmail. A remote authenticated user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote authenticated server can fail to respond to a STARTTLS or STLS request to cause the target connected client application to hang indefinitely.

SSL-wrapped mode on dedicated ports is not affected.

Impact:   A remote authenticated server can cause denial of service conditions.
Solution:   Oracle has issued a fix for Solaris.
