Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Kerberos. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted ASN.1 encoded data to cause the asn1_decode_generaltime() function to free an uninitialized pointer and potentially execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target service.

Impact:   A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Solution:   HP has issued a fix (3.2) for OpenVMS Alpha and OpenVMS Integrity servers, available at:
