Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Microsoft Outlook. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can send a specially crafted e-mail attachment to cause the target application to crash when the target user clicks on the attachment from the reading pane.

Attachments without file extensions can trigger this flaw.

The vendor was notified on November 19, 2010.

Sarid Harper of CSIS Security Group reported this vulnerability.
