Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Oracle Fusion Middleware. A remote user can cause partial denial of service conditions. A remote user can partially modify data on the target system. A remote user can partially access data on the target system.

The EM Console [CVE-2010-2390], Perl [CVE-2010-2389], Forms [CVE-2010-2396], Cabo/UIX [CVE-2010-2395, CVE-2010-2409, CVE-2010-2410], BI Publisher [CVE-2010-2413], OID [CVE-2010-3501], and BPEL Console [CVE-2010-3581] components are affected.

Impact:   A remote user can partially access and modify data on the target system.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix, described in their October 2010 Critical Patch Update advisory.
