Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM AIX. A remote user can modify the configuration on the target system.

A remote user can access the PowerHA Cluster Management port (port 6177) and make arbitrary modifications to the local AIX configuration.

Impact:   A remote user can modify the operating system configuration on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued the following APARs (with availability date listed):

5.4.1 IZ61325 November 2009
5.5 IZ61323 October 2009
6.1 IZ62630 December 2009
