Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM AIX. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user can set specially crafted _LIB_INIT_DBG and _LIB_INIT_DBG_FILE environment variables to cause a debugging component of the XL C++ runtime library to create arbitrary, root-owned, world writable files. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary code with root privileges.
